The role of an otorhinolaryngologist or the ENT surgeon is to identify the ear and hearing related disturbances,that is otological and audiological manifestations happening to children with Cleft Anomalies.

Early identification of these diseases helps us to manage these children during the primary surgery, thereby reducing the risk of complications caused by these manifestations.

The need for a later major surgery can be avoided in these children due to our intervention.
